I asked if they could fix the Back Cover of my phone as it was NOT sticking. They tried to hard sell me a NEW Battery and I didn't want to do that as I was just wanted to have the Cover Fixed. So Danes brother (Forgot his name). He Glued the Cover with Super Glue which made a LOT of Glue Spots on my LIKE NEW Back Cover!!! My Phone was NEW Looking because on Day 1 of Owning my Note 20 Ultra Phone, I Put a Case AND Screen Protector on so there it was a SPOTLESS Like New looking Phone!!! The service was Quick but Horrible Service because of ALL the Glue Spots on the Back cover!! If you don't like your Device looking Beat up like mines, do NOT use their service!!

I have been a repeat customer for over a year and the SuperGeeks have never disappointed. 4 laptop repairs later and their procedure is still the same; diagnose the problem, if it's simple they'll find the replacement part and talk with you about pricing before you leave. If not, expect a call very soon with details and prices. Turnaround depends on the extent of the damage and current repairs in the shop at the time but quality is never sacrificed. Was having a problem with my PlayStation 5 that the online Sony technicians couldn't fix, so I tried reaching out to a few local places. Most shops on island don't work with consoles, but SuperGeeks said they could give it a try. I dropped it off on Tuesday expecting to hear back over the weekend, but I got a text the very next day that it was all fixed and ready to go! Works good as new now, all data still intact, plus they even cleaned the dog-hair-covered interior fans that I was too afraid to try open and clean myself lol. Mahalo, team! Unfortunately everything is a little pricey these days, but it still was far cheaper--and quicker-- to have SG fix my problem than it would have been to mail my PS5 to the mainland for repair. So, would recommend this shop if anyone has weird tech issues with their consoles or laptops.

This is a scam they charged over $300+ 3 times I might add, for no service oh and did I mention I'm in Florida whilst they're in Hawaii! Plus I never agreed to any services to be performed by them or not!
