OENO Winemaking

What an absolute bummer! We made a reservation for wine tasting, and told them In advance that we wanted to sample a red and white to be able to be able to order a barrel and have personal labels made with the wedding date and the bride and groom names. We reiterated our intention upon arrival. We were given a song and dance, given samples of coconut, pineapple, and cacao wine which was not what we had requested. After about 45 minutes, he told us they didn't have any red and white for us to sample and then charged us a wine tasting fee! A complete waste of time and money.

Oeno Winery is a beautiful place with exceptional staff. The wines have a "Hawaiian twist" to it making them overall enjoyable. What I enjoyed the most was the vibes. The vibes were warm, and welcoming. 10/10 recommend. Will be coming again to enjoy another wine tasting. Highly recommend the bread.

Great hidden gem! Small fun set up, great selection, best pours I've ever had at a wine tasting! I like sweet so he gave us some options! As about the limited edition annual fruit wine! It was amazing! The last of every fruit wine combined to make a once in a blend, so delicious! Friendly staff did an excellent job explaining and making us feel special! It's worth the trip!!

AMAZING experience. We were waited on by the owners, or previous owners as they had mentioned they just sold but we're staying on to help transition the new owners. I am a dry red drinker, and they did only have one dry red at this time, it was a blend but still VERY good. I also love a good port, they had 3 available and one that they let us taste out of the barrel. I ended up getting a bottle of all the ports they had available and the dry red. They have an ice wine there that was phenomenal I ended up buying a bottle of as well. Customer service was amazing, the facility was clean and in a cool location with views of the mountains in the back. They do a wine and chocolate pairing flight with the local chocolate company Manoa. They have cold water available and I was able to fill my water bottle up a few times during our visit. Would definitely visit again.

Stopped in while travelling throughout O'ahu. We like to support local as much as we can when we travel. Purchased a bottle of coconut wine, and a bottle of pineapple wine. They're not the greatest wine, but I thought it was a fun souvenir. From the winery, I was charged $33 PER BOTTLE! I thought that this was expensive, but I took them anyway (again thinking it was a fun souvenir) I found the exact same bottles at ABC in Waikiki for $13.99. And that's Waikiki prices! They totally took advantage of a tourist. Will not recommend, and will not go back. I feel extremely ripped off.

My husband and I enjoyed the wine tasting at Oeno Winery. The flights for the wine were amazingly tasty and educational. Our host, Mica was very knowledgeable of the process of their wines are processed. For each pour, he would provide us with some facts on the origins of the wines. He also fid not rushed us during the tasting. The wine that we liked the best surprisingly was the coconut Sauvignon Chardonnay. It tasted sweet with a subtle hint of the coconut flavor. We loved it so much, we ended up buying four bottles. If ever you're in Oahu, this place is a good spot to try.

***Outstanding service and wine selection*** Despite being located in a loading bay in an industrial park(along with other businesses using similar loading bays), this winery was quite pleasant. We booked a tasting for 3 adults at about $100 and tasted 6 wonderful wines out of many fermented on location. They have seating and music and some delicious appetizers that are flavorful, but don't overpower the pallet. Their grapes are also imported from all over the world to allow them to make a wide variety of wines. They also ship, so you are able to purchase several bottles to be sent back home. The owner and staff are very friendly, as well as knowledgeable about their wine. This was an excellent experience and well worth the trip. I will definitely be going back.

Wines were fruity. The coconut wine was very good. Server was well versed in how the wines were made. Ample portions poured. Was surprised it was in a warehouse and not an open winery
