I've been a customer of 208 Designs for years. The customer service is extremely poor & unprofessional. It's next to impossible to have anyone return calls, emails or even faxes. There have been many times that I've thought they went out of business because when I call, email or fax them, nobody answers! Several years ago, Sam had tried so hard to earn my business by creating my website, then shortly afterward, I couldn't get in touch with him. Finally, I wrote a negative review about their company and they contacted me immediately asking me to please remove the negative review. They said if I did, they would give me free hosting for a period of time. This is when I was introduced to Lenny. Lenny seemed to be better in the beginning, just as Sam had been, but that didn't last long either. Now, it's not next to impossible to get in touch with them, it's 100% impossible! I don't understand how they can run a business this way. I highly regret ever hiring this company! Save yourself alot of stress and misery by NOT hiring this company to do anything for you!
