My husband and I have a local gutter company for over 15 years and hired Townsquare Interactive to help us build a new website and increase our SEO. Since joining with them in Jan we have finally been able to reach that next level of growth since we can now be seen in Google and using their website and app helps me get us more new customers. I just spoke with James, my guy over there and he had some great ideas for our site rebuild and we couldn't be happier.

we canceled our website about a month ago because we had to deal with about 30 different people over a year of working with Town Square and it has been an absolute nightmare trying to find anybody who has any accountability. if they tell you you own your domain name, double check. I wish I could say some positive things, but just a really tough company to work with and ever get straight answers. there are some good people within the company, but restructuring would definitely be beneficial in order to take care of the small businesses they solicit.

James is such a sales man saying all the "right" things even if they are inaccurate or untrue. I met James thanks to a radio add for local SEO searches. I was hoping to expand my services virtually through my existing website. I was sold on monthly membership package because it came with a new website build. James told me he would be working on the websites himself and he would be the one working with me and my business. As soon as I paid I was sent to speak with a variety of different people who had not been filled in on my vision for the site at all!! There is nothing more annoying than having to redo your whole website only to find typos and errors that are LIVE!!! When I would call I'd speak with someone new each time and no one was updated or filled in on my requests. After only 3 months I knew I needed to cancel. Thank god I don't sign a contract. Shout out to "support" for being extra rude when I explained the issues and why I was canceling! Don't bother with town square they may be cheep but you get what you pay for

This company is seriously the worst SEO company I have ever worked with. This relationship resulting in me building my own website. The card Garbage website they built me was seriously Ridiculous. This website company cannot follow directions whatsoever. I provided all of my company colors, logo, photos and all the descriptions they would ever need in a Google document. And from there, they still cannot build me a reputable website. The technicians can't make reliable notes on my account. the design teams do not work. NO ONE is on the same page. 6 months of going back and forth setting time aside to speak with them on the phone was pointless. Countless time of releasing my Google business account so they could move forward and still nothing! This company is beyond unprofessional.

I used this company to create a website for me. After paying them over $1,000 they never created anything for me. I still have no website. They over charged me on the agreed contract and then said they would refund me. Never got a refund. Never got a website. Worst company to do business with. Save yourself the hassle!!!!

At the beginning of our relationship, I did express concerns about the bad reviews. I seen online. I was assured that they went over and beyond to help those people and were unable to at no fault of their own. Unfortunately, this was not true. Everything that they said about town square media. Not listening and communicating and not doing the job that they promised and taking money for a job completely true. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I'm the type of person that doesn't like to write reviews... But these guys are not reliable or worth investing in. If a client has questions or concerns, it's important to address those questions and concerns to build trust and business. If they don't have the answer to the question they could simply say " hey, I don't know the answer. I'll get back to you as soon as I know" Takes less than a min to write that. After not getting back to me. I check their website and reviews. Seems pretty accurate what others say. Based on Andy's actions. It Seems like they want your money and do not care about you. Just pay attention to who you make business with. Just cause their in a suit doesn't make them professional. Andy lacks communication. Wish them the best but I wouldn't trust, make business or recommend this place Waste of time...

Do not use this company. They are awful. The worst business I've ever dealt with. You paid the close to $1,000 for a website and I have nothing to show for it. Gave me the run around and said they would give me a refund but now they are ignoring me. They told me it would be $199 a month and charged me $328. I have a signed contract and they still won't respond to my emails. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
