We received our New Intermax and are thrilled with the new speed and ease! All the people we worked with in the company were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It took awhile but worth the wait. They had a huge job getting So Many connected on our street, in our neighborhood and throughout the area. Most of our neighbors opted to get connected as well. No more struggling with connections ;-) Thanks

We have been connected to Intermax Fiber for a couple of weeks and it is wonderful. The bandwidth and speed are perfect for remote work. Initially, there was a bit if an issue on the street side with our new installation but our sales associate Carey Jones was very accessible and communicative with updates and great follow through. Very happy with the product and customer service!

Intermax provides IT support for our business. Server, workstation, network, firewall, and wifi to name a few of the things they provide support for. We couldn't be more satisfied with Intermax as a support partner. They are ultra-responsive when we need help, available by phone and remote session almost immediately, and when on-site assistance is required, they typically arrive here in as little as 15 minutes. Dylan came out & installed our Internet, he was extremely kind, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient at his job. He made sure we had all of the access we needed and were running on the best possible Internet. He cleaned up all of his work. I would recommend highly recommend going with them.

We have been using Intermax for about 5 months now and it has been fantastic. The call quality is perfect and the phones are easy to use. The system exceeded all expectations and the cost is better than you will get from big internet providers. Plus if you ever have a question or issue they actually answer the phone! Highly recommend.

Jesse has gotta be the best Intermax installer there is. He got there really early, was very professional, and got the job done pretty quickly. The best part is he didn't put new holes in my house like the other guy and there's a neat little plug spot in the wall. He walked me through everything because I'm old and I'm not good with computers and my cell phone and made it really simple. I was gonna get Zippy but not now. They don't make them like this guy anymore, Thanks again Bud.

We recently switched our home internet to Intermax Networks in northern Idaho to reduce our cost, increase our network speed and improve our network reliability. Working with their Sales Rep, their Technical Support staff and their Installation Technicians was the best experience we've ever had! And they had it up and running in no-time. We've been with Intermax home service for about 5 years. We have never had any problems until one day my wifi speeds were slow and I called up tech support, Zach was very friendly and knowledgeable, he figured out it was my router. It was too old. Zach advised me on the different types of routers and how to chose the best one for my needs. Once installed our speeds were better than ever. Most recently, I acquired a job that requires at least 30mbps dowlnload speed. Our plans is only 25mbps. Upon talking to Matthew in sales they were willing to raise our bandwidth to 50mbps for no additional charge. They said "whatever it takes to make a happy customer." I can't go without mentioning Jeannie in billing. I pay all my bills by phone monthly and Jeannie is by far the friendliest and nicest rep I talk to. You couldn't pay us to leave Intermax!
