IonSwitch

I have been with IonSwitch for almost 6 years, have had a number of vm instances with them. Product and servers was good up until about 8 months ago. System states unpaid even though the have received payment via paypal autopay. Now they have terminated my services, no access to the system they were on. No responses to tickets or email, but they happily take your money. I DO NOT recommend IonSwitch any longer.

I cannot recommend service with Ionswitch. The service was affordable and speeds at the colo were as promised. However, as another review stated the communication and support is very poor. I have also had multiple tickets open over months with no reply or acknowledgement by the owner. The phone line has been disconnected and there was a period of a few weeks where the client area was completely inaccessible online. I ended up terminating my service.

Multiple payments but invoice still says unpaid. They suspended my services so I filed paypal cases.

They deleted 2 active VPS's without notice and kept charging me money. Horrible communication, they were great for 3 years but in 2024 they are dropping the ball hard.

Throughout the past 20 years I have used other data centers (Kansas City, Tampa, Boise, etc) where they don't even know your name but with Neutron Colocation its the polar opposite. One-on-one service by name and the service and pricing is perfect for both small to big businesses. This is the way it should be everywhere!

Very poor support. Have open support tickets more than a month old with no reply.
