NW Hosting - Vacation Rentals Coeur d'alene & Hayden, Idaho

This is a beautiful townhome in a great location with easy access to everything. It also has a beautiful view of the river and a nice walking path and park close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Company managing the VRBO rental was awesome. They were super responsive to many questions we had including some concierge related asks. The home was immaculate, everything was labelled which made everything easy and came with enough starter supplies to last us most of our stay. The website for the property was easy to use and understand, made everything (like access, amenities, trash, and things nearby to do) super easy to figure out without needing to call or wait for a response. One particular issue that was unexpected was that the home suddenly had a bee hive forming. The company responded immediately snd got someone out the very next day and the bee situation was handled. Ive rented from multiple VRBO and agencies in the past, this experience was superior, by far. Cannot recommend them enough.

This home is very serene. Great location, within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping downtown CDA.It has a beautiful front yard, a perfect place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine. It's also a short drive to many great farmers markets.

Wonderful experience, the rental was exactly as described and pictured. We saw deer every morning and evening in the neighbors backyard. The view from the back deck and hot tube were amazing!

The only negative thing I can say about our stay at Riverstone Village was that it wasn't long enough! The condo was great for 6 guests, the beds were comfy, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the location was fantastic! Wednesday evening's there is a Farmers Market to browse through, there are a few surrounding shops, loved the tea shop with amazing tea selections, and restaurants to dine in/outside and enjoy the views. A quick walk and you're at the riverfront where you can walk, bike, dip your toes, or enjoy a picnic and watching the boats go by. There is also a large dog park along the water's edge if your dog enjoys playing in the water. If you enjoy a brisk walk you're not far away from downtown and the CDA lake for more shopping, restaurants, water sports, hiking, Tubbs Hill, the park is great for families and pets. The condo was perfect, would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay during the fall season. The house was just as described. We had everything we needed for 5 days. The location was perfect. The family (5 of us) took a lot of hikes around town and enjoyed the fall festivals. The fall colors were beautiful. We will definitely be back next year!! Thanks for a wonderful week.

--- BEWARE --- Highly recommend you NOT stay with NW Hosting. Terrible customer service and their response to this review definitely highlights that. Our return home to CDA looked promising, but NW Hosting could stand to learn a thing or two about customer service. Google takes guests to the true address, which contains two lobbies, but not the third. That one is at a different address not provided. Guests are directed to a separate site outside of Airbnb for details on how to gain access to the room. The outside access code is buried in this set of instructions. We attempted to call the "urgent matter" hotline and the call was dropped after one ring - it never went to voicemail. We attempted this 4 times. We texted the number and received a response that stated the office hours were 8-8 and to call the "urgent matter" hotline. It took us nearly 40 minutes to finally gain access to our room. When we made NW Hosting aware of the issues surrounding the hotline and our experience, they at first admitted there was an issue with the number and then backtracked, and called everything we experienced a "minor inconvenience". Stay elsewhere.
