The installation tech, Nick, was awesome! That guy deserves some praise and maybe even a raise! Overall, the company has been very responsive and willing to help. It is nice to see that at least one internet company cares about their customers!

I enjoyed your service. Unfortunately I couldn't take it to the apartments that I moved to and was told it was unavailable 2 years ago when I wanted service at my mother's in American Falls. The tech that came out said it is available now but I have another service atbthis time.

Your technician came and verified that everything was working right we then got on the phone with our HP guys and they work their magic and we're all hundred percent good to go. We love the support from Anthem Broadband.

I was having some issues with a different carrier, and messed around with solutions for several weeks. I was fed up and needed reliable connection for work. Anthem, and Jaydan Specifically and 3-5 members of their install team, totally made my day/week by doing a late install and sticking to it to make sure everything got done. I couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend them. Thank You guys for making it happen.

They are so easy to work with! If you have a question they are so helpful and when you need new equipment the repair people are quick to respond.

If you have any type of medical issue that you need to depend on internet this is not the internet company for you! You wait a week for them to "send a technician " out to see what the issue is. Not reliable. Not helpful. Troubleshooting only consists of unplugging the router and plugging back in. Then you wait a week before they have time to "send a technician".

These guys are the best! Not only is the service a million times better than Frontier. Ever since I've had them not one time has my internet not worked or lagged! The door to door sales man (I forgot his name) he was an absolute sweet heart and made everything super easy and fast for us, cut us an amazing deal that was absolutely unbeatable. The guys and girls that came out and did the installment were shockingly fast and amazingly nice. They didn't lie about any extra fee's like Frontier does, and the customer service alone is outstanding! Nathan is hands down the best customer service I've received from any company probably ever. If you're in the Elko area and don't have Anthem, you're missing out! Great company, and great people working for the company!!

Did not receive a phone call thirty minutes before the technician arrived, but that seems to be OK because we happen to be home. The tech was very knowledgeable and resolved our issues with a new router and resetting the access on the computer. I'm just bummed because we lost a good three days without any Internet at all and I'm paying $79.95 a month. I feel like we should get at least a three day credit on our account since I had to use the hotspot on my Verizon phone to send an email.
