These guys were awesome! I had a 10-ish year old laptop that had essentially just "crapped out" (I do not know the technical term). So all I was hoping for was recovering photos, recordings, and some of my mediocre graphic design files. The dude I spoke to previously owned a few very similar Lenovo close to mine. The motherboard was indeed fried. So. I thought of maybe uploading to my One Drive... but 2-factor authentication being the technological marvel it is? Data had to go on a flash drive. And boy howdy, they had one for $20 so I didn't have to make an extra stop. The fact that their open hours are limited AND that even then it's by appointment only? I'm not a huge fan. But given their business probably isn't the same it was a decade ago... I can't blame them. Keep up the good work, gents!
