PLUNJ Idaho Falls

This facility is very nice. Very boho vibe which gives that healthy aura. The processes was explained very well and the front office girls were very nice. Inside each room is a large pool set at around 43 degrees for the cold plunge part and then a sauna that is nice and toasty with a built in timer. $30 dollars per session per person (1 hour sessions. walk ins welcome but you can also book online) is a bit spendy imo but they do flash sales on their instagram that are worth checking out. We came a night when it was 50% off. Thanks for a great experience. Highly recommend.

Great experience, from the moment you walk in Sofie, was a ray of sunshine she explained the process. The water was cold but the rush of energy that went through my body was exhilarating. Then sitting in sauna was nice then do it again I loved how clean it was sofie, would come in when we go into the sauna and add essentials oils which filled the room. Great experience definitely recommend.

PLUNJ in Idaho Falls is an incredible experience! The staff is always welcoming and professional, making each visit enjoyable. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed, and I always have the best night's sleep afterward--highly recommend!

I bought an unlimited membership and go 5 nights a week. The facility is very clean and looks great. It really feels like a spa with the way the staff treats you.

What a delight to find this place on a routine work trip to Idaho Falls! The space was beautifully designed. Perfect Finnish sauna and cold plunge experience. Loved it and will be back! Only drawback is there is no sound barrier between the two plunge rooms. If your neighbors are loud, shrieking, or screaming, you'll hear it all. :)

I went last night for the first time. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Very clean and had all the same features of a Japanese sauna and cold pool (i lived in Japans for 10 years and went to the sauna 3-4 times a week) I do wish the shower/locker room was a little bigger and more [Japanese] traditional but that might not appeal to most Americans so i understand. I was a single member and was added to a group of 4 other gentlemen and had a great social experience on top of the incredible sauna experience. Although the sauna might fit more than 5, if i went in a group, i think 5 would be the max for comfort reasons. 8 would be ok if you took turns inside sauna and out in the cold pool and rest area. I bought a monthly membership and will be frequenting often.

They do a great job at keeping the place clean and it was such a fun and unique experience! Also Amber took good care of us by keeping us hydrated and making sure we had anything we needed! ! :) highly recommend!! -Kaitlyn Sargent

A few reasons I love Plunj: -The saunas are extremely clean. -The cold pool has helped tremendously with muscle recovery. -My anxiety levels are much lower. -I have more motivation throughout the day. -The owners are super rad! You will never regret going to Plunj!
