No one will help me. They turned my wifi off randomly when i paid it 2 weeks ago and now every number i call goes to dial tone. This was 4/19/24. I also showed up to the company building and the front door was locked, mind it was 4:50 (they close at 5:30) and knocked over and over until some lady answered saying im not the first one to complain and to please be patient and calm down lol. Get your customer service under control

Awesome service! My dog chewed up the cat5 cable on the outside of my house and I called in and Mike answered and was very nice and helpful. He showed up within 2 hours and fixed the cable for us. It was a great experience and our internet speeds have always been great!

I unfortunately signed a three-year contract for my business with QuickNet. The internet is very poor performance is very slow and the technicians try to blame my computer. They put software on my computer to scan and clean my system. Even after I do that the Internet is very slow and takes forever to download PDF files. I give the advice that if you want to sign up with QuickNet I would ask for a trial run before you sign a contract.

We have had mostly great experiences over the last 2 years. Today was a tad rough. Last night our internet started to flicker on and off constantly. I decided to deal with it in the morning because it was very late and a holiday. This morning I tried all the usual fixes. It didn't work, so when they opened I called and was given more suggestions. Then they suggested I call back if I continue to have struggled after trying those suggestions. I tried them, and got an hour of internet out of it before it did the same problem again. I called back got a different person who was kinda pushy and we butted heads on certain things. I did everything in my power and just was overwhelmed and frustrated. I got a new router, and called to verify that someone would be at the office to help me set it up with our fiber, since the other guy had said they would be there til 530. The lady that answered at 5:10 said they would be there. I rushed over, and made it by 5:16. No one answered the door, and their phone service had switched over to the after hours tech support. I sat in the parking lot angry and frustrated with 4 screaming kids. I then get a call from Mike- he was on site at another house. He talks me through how I can set it up myself, sending me text messages to help me once I am home. Right as I get home around 6, he calls and says if I come back to the office he will take the time to set it up. He tells me if I have problems to text him back. He sets it up, I take it home, and it wasn't working. I text him, and he walks me through the problem solving needed to fix it. Mike is the man to speak to when you have problems with qwk net. 5 out of 5 for Mike. 4 out of 5 for the after hours tech support members that couldn't do much but set up a ticket that notified Mike. 3 out of five for the guy that got pushy in his recommendation for a crazy expensive router that I wasted time looking for even though the customer service for that brand sucks. 3 out of 5 for the lady that said she would be there and then wasn't 6 minutes later, and didn't even leave a note apologizing- I felt lied to by her, and it didn't help the frustration I was already dealing with. I don't like lies.

Internet out for 8 hours the other day, no communication from qwk net, no way to contact qwk net. It's supposed to be fixed but it still goes out 3 or 4 times a day for 10 or 15 minutes at time. Definitely not what I signed up for
