Emerson at SREC is amazing and super helpful! I offered my services to a family friend to create Memory Bears out of clothing of a loved one and a special one to honor where they graduated. Emerson took my file, had it digitised quickly and helped embroider the file when my machine wasn't up to the task. He did this all in a pinch and saved my sanity. I was on a deadline and he took the time to help and make sure I was able to finish with a gorgeous bear! I couldn't have done this with out SREC and I'm grateful they helped in a pinch! I would highly recommend them not only for their friendliness but also their amazing customer service, and the quality they produce!

Emerson did an amazing job taking a simple idea for a small project and turning it into absolute perfection. I never had to worry about where we were with the hoodies being completed, he was excellent at communicating any issues that he ran into with the design we had picked out. One phone call to them, and I knew that they were going to do an awesome job. I had 2 Taylor Swift eras tour shirts made, and it was a rush since another company had me on the hook for 4 weeks. These guys are amazing! They got my project done just in time for Christmas. The stitching is absolutely beautiful. I needed a jacket embroidered for my husband for Christmas , I dropped it off on December 9th and they had it done on the 23rd. Considering this is a crazy time of year for such a gift I am impressed. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Outstanding customer service!! My emergency became their emergency late on a Friday night. They were so very accommodating and helpful! In addition to being understanding of my situation, the quality of their work is impeccable! They did not rush anything even though it was late, and took great care to make sure everything came out absolutely perfect!!
