Westbank Convention Center

Very friendly and warm staff. This venue is great for weddings and meetings. I photographed a wedding here and it was great. The lighting was good and the sound was wonderful. The decor was wonderful too. I also attend weekly meetings here and they provide all the sound instruments.

Kaylene is the best! She makes the most amazing drink. Service here is fantastic. Featured in this picture is a Basil Lemon Drop.

Right off the river, beautiful spot. Parking was a limited and exterior showing its age. Interior is nice and functional.

It's under new ownership with the same management. The WestBank instead of moving in reverse is always learning and adapting. It's not a political environment unless you want it to be It's a place to have fun or be serious, it's a place to memorialize loved ones and friends and it's also a place to go cut loose and forget. Birthdays, holidays, graduations, conventions, proms, concerts and whatever else your happy ass can come up with, thats the WESTBANK.

We held our company Christmas party here. Very clean establishment, with lots of room. The only thing I would say is there isn't much support when you need something last minute, which is a bit understandable. We were looking to talk to someone about an extension cord and how to use the provided PA system so we can speak to our guests. Nobody there to help. We ended up buying a speaker at the local walmart so our guests could here us.

We held an event here and were very pleased with the service of the whole Westbank team! DJ was great to work with while planning out the event and he was patient as we had several changes come up along the process. He was responsive and never made me feel like a burden as I called and text several different times leading up to the event.

We had our daughter's wedding, luncheon, and reception at the Westbank. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The improvements over the past few years are amazing: new carpeting, lights, painting, etc. It's a great place for reunions, weddings, and parties.

When we stayed in the hotel, we ate our complimentary breakfast in here. It was yummy and the best free hotel breakfast we've ever had. It was real food, not just muffins, cereal, etc. This is a nice place. We loved/love it!!
