I needed documents printed quickly -- under 3 hours -- and at the very last minute. Not only did Keely and Brad take care of it, they called me to point out an error in the document AND then Brad delivered it to my AirBnB after my flight was delayed (he was worried that road construction would keep me from finding their shop if he left the prints on their doorstep as we first discussed). He even called and texted to be sure he had the right address. This goes beyond mere "customer service" -- I'm totally blown away. I'm sure they'd appreciate it if you'd give them plenty of time to fulfill orders and they probably don't always have time for house calls, but the fact that they would ever do this at all is just amazing. This place is the perfect spot in Ketchum for all business needs. We printed photos here and they are crisp, clean, and perfect. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating 10/10 recommend.

Distasteful and unnecessary political signs at eye level as you walk in. Despite 3 people there as I looked in shock at the sign, not one person greeted me. I walked right out. Give your business to the UPS store in Ketchum.

The folks here are so cool and chill. It's like the most surfer type vibes you can get at an office supply store. I gotten prints, memory cards, batteries, a logitech mouse, and art supplies, and post delivery here. Customer service goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Brad (owner) is one of a kind! This guy is awesome. His store has any and everything you need from and office professional standpoint. He has a full copy center available, super convenient. He can fax, he can print emails, he can even get you a banner or shirt made. On top of it, he sells Verizon. Don't get stuck going to the "other" Verizon store in town. Brad knows his stuff, and will take the time to make sure you get the phone you want, not the one "they" want you to get.

Brad, Keeley, and the gang down there, (new location, now across from Silver-creek Outfitters) always get the task at hand done. I use them for a lot printing jobs (labels, posters ect) to keep wear and tear on my own "non commercial" equipment to minimum. And the projects always turn out better when they get printed on the nicer equipment they have. Nice to have a responsive shop like Business as Usual in town.

I love working with this company. The prices are very competitive and since I live 60 miles away they have been great about getting my request done in the fastest time possible. Friendly, customer service is great, and printing is always done right.
