Tate was great to work with going over all the details of what I needed for my new job. He called me back on the weekend and got me set up for installation on Monday! Ben did the installation. He did a thorough job and was super helpful going over the app with us. Super easy company to work with. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family! Thanks guys.

Annthem has always responded to my inquiries and requests with politeness, punctuality and tech knowledge. Their field techs have been courteous, on time and complete the required task with knowledge and accuracy. They always answer my questions without judgment and give me honest assistance to ensure a happy outcome on both ends. I give them high marks on all aspects.

Was the only provider that would service the area that we lived in at the time. But when we moved out and cancelled service they waited too long to go retrieve the equipment from the home, well that home was demolished months later and now they want us to pay 300$ to replace the equipment. If they had gone to retrieve it in a more timely manner it would have still been there. We are not paying for it but I get emails every two weeks from them asking for it.

Phillip was the technician who came out and fixed the outage. He was very polite and professional. He fixed the issue super fast and explained everything he was doing. Thanks again Phillip for helping me get back online and fixing the issue.

Have not had any problems with the service. The guy who installed our upgraded equipment was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He called to let us know he was on the way.

Great installation done quickly works great. It would've been nice if your sales department had notified me sometime ago about the speed upgrade I had to learn it from my neighbor.

The tech was awesome he got in and showed us how it worked great job for the tech. The dispatch really sucks they don't keep the dispatch to what I wanted because of dispatch I lost a whole days worth of wages.

Mike and his trainee did a great job of setting things up. They worked really hard to make sure we got the best service possible since there were some towers being blocked, but they were able to give us the best service and it's working great.
