I think Mark did a great job of removing the maleware on my machines. He took time to explain what I asked of him and hope he will understand when I have to call and ask again. An overnight job and now I have protection too on my laptop and phone. Very pleased.

I had a what I thought was a large issue with my laptop right when my university switched to online classes, but turned out to be small issue thanks to their expertise. I didn't have much time to get this issue figured out but I was in and out of there within 10 seconds!
