I just signed up this week for sparklight internet. It was easy to connect everything was fine until it got really cold one night and my internet went down. I called in the morning and Jenny answered the phone. She could see that in fact the internet wasn't functioning at my building; another residential unit was also affected. Jenny quickly set me up for a service technician. I received a notification a short while later for a time frame. (same morning) I accepted the time frame. The technician, Garet arrived well within the time. Garet greeted me at the door with a smile and a handshake. I let him know what was going on and he professionally got right to work. He did his diagnostics or his troubleshooting then he went outside for 10 minutes maybe. He came back in saying that he found a splitter that had been going bad. He changed it He explained to me what had happened and added a fitting to help my connection stay consistent along with instructions to use that fitting if I decide to change modems in the future. Super professional, friendly and prompt service by Garet. Things happen with hardware, its understandable. How your service provider handles these issues is what matters. Speedwise and from a wireless standpoint, the service has been infinitely better than our experience with Spectrum's internet and WIFI (which we had for 15 years). The issue I have is that they said it would take 10 weeks for them to send someone to bury our fiber optic line - a line that is apparently somewhat fragile - a line that can't be walked on - a line that is exposed between our curb and our rear gate which is where we place our trashcans. So, we basically have to try to lift full trashcans over the fiber optic line. At least for the next 8 weeks (2 weeks down, 8 to go). 10 weeks???

Better than Quantum from my experience. The only difficulty was with scheduling a boring company to bury the line, sparklight customer service has no visibility on those open tickets for some reason so they won't be able to answer your questions about when the contractors are stopping by to work on your house. Once installed, service has been excellent. No hiccups or interruptions in the several weeks we've had it. Great price, especially when compared to competitors.

We were having trouble with a connection to one of our TVs. Sparklight sent a technician to our house to update our equipment and get things working again. Mike V. Was amazing! I cannot say enough about the fantastic service I got today from a sparklight employee. His name was Tyler P. and he was wonderful! He got my front room TV working in no time, went to another TV in another room and got my VCR, and Roku set up on my main TV changer. I had no idea this could all be done on one controller. He was very personable and explained things to me so I'd know what I was doing. He even set up a cable line for me. It's just wonderful to have a company that has employees that care. I'm also going to post my comments on Facebook and mention people request him. Thank you Tyler for all your help!
