I have been a Buck Knives customer since 1968. My first Buck was a model 301 pocket knife bought for me by my Father. Still have it and use it. Like every Buck knife I own it is strong, durable, well constructed and holds an edge. The 503 and 501 models are my absolute favorites. I have used Buck's outstanding warranty on several occasions for repairs, blade replacements and spa treatment.Always satisfied with the results and customer service I received. Through the years Buck has always been my first choice for solid built American made knives. Never disappointed.

First time visit for me, but third for the family, and Natalie at the counter was more than patient, friendly, and informative on all the knives. She got me the perfect work knife and the blemish knife was the last one but she was more than awesome to show me all the other ones. Plus we destroyed their tower of camping gear. 25 dollars for a hatchet, knife and folding saw! We will definitely be back and sing their praises to all of our friends and family.

I sent my 110 in for a damaged blade. They replaced it, polished the bolsters and the handles look like new! All for $10. The knife looks like it's brand new again. Thank you Buck, great job as usual.

I bought 5 knives and had them personally engraved as 2023 Christmas gifts for my Daughter and Grandsons and they absolutely loved them! Strong, beautiful, heirloom quality and razor sharp. They'll have them as a remembrance of us long after we're gone. A tremendous value for a USA made knife with a lifetime warranty. Vanessa custom designed an awesome logo for our elk camp for the year! She was so nice and helpful. I've always loved Buck knives but now I'm beyond impressed with their customer service to boot!!!

There customer service was superb and the standards they hold there knives to are unrivaled. You will not find a better knife with the level of perfection they hold each and every one of there knives to. Even the knives they consider bad can be polished up and look perfect. They are truly the best American knife company you will ever find.

I think buck knifes is the #1 place to get knifes in Idaho, They provide very good quality knifes that get all of the work you need done. They also have a nice staff who are ready to help whenever you need it, they in general have a great astonishment that I will keep on coming back to.
