Lightbridge Fiber Network

Lightbridge was great to work with and went above and beyond to get my family connected to fiber. Gwen at Lightbridge and their install contractors did a great job working on shortened timelines to make it happen prior to sod being laid. I highly recommend working with them if you are looking to upgrade to a fiber network!

I want to highly praise the work crews that are installing the fiber-optic in our yards. I live on a corner lot with two sides facing the street. They had to lay quite a bit of fiber-optic in my yard with several patches of dirt and grass removed. I was very impressed with how they did the work. They laid down tarps to catch the dirt piles as they worked. When they were finished, they left nearly no dirt behind and laid the sod down nicely. They even came back and repaired a patch of sod that had sunk about a foot around a large green box. It looks great. This is the first time I have seen a company or government agency treat my lawn as I would want it treated. Thanks for your conscientious work.

Love our fiber internet! Fortunately we have a home in a neighborhood in which fiber was installed last year. We have since switched over from our non fiber internet company and not only have our speeds increased a lot, we are actually paying less than we did with our previous provider. Overall, we are very happy with Lightbridge Fiber Network and Intellipop!

I stopped by their office a few days ago with some questions, and was pleasantly surprised by the clean and professional environment and the helpfulness of the staff. My questions were answered quickly and in a way that made sense to me. I am excited to see Rexburg moving forward with fiber in a way that doesn't suck- unlike their efforts over the last decade or so.

Horrible company! Today they cut another service's fiber cable and now no one has internet in the whole area! Definitely avoid this company.
