Sun Valley Lodge

This review is an attempt to provide constructive feedback and advocate for myself. Will be checking into the lodge Thursday. Had a negative experience working with the resort reservations this morning ending with staff hanging up on me. Then called the lodge and left a message for the MOD, was told they would call at 10am when they arrived. Now it is 4 hours past that time. I would be happy to continue working together to resolve my need if someone on the business' end is willing to do their part.

We came here for our honeymoon and instantly fell in love with it. The service was top notch, all the staff were so friendly. The waiter in the restaurant was the most pleasant man to talk to. The heated pool was addicting, the scenery was magnificent, and the rooms were clean and cozy. We'll absolutely be coming back.

Very nice. Only issue is the water pressure is low and water temperature very inconsistent.

The perfect mountain getaway. The lodge is beautiful, clean and has so many extras. Whether it's relaxing by the fire in the lobby, catching a movie, enjoying a drink and snacks in the lounge, ice skating, warming up in the hot pool or a trip to the spa, the Lodge has it all! It's a winter wonderland!

I didn't stay at the lodge, but visited while shopping nearby. This place is magnificent. I can only imagine what the rooms and service is like. The interior of the main entryway is gorgeous and the property has a ice-skating rink which we enjoyed watching a couple practice their ice-skating routine. If I ever head back to Sun Valley, this will be the place to book on our next visit.

What a beautiful spot of the world to visit - golf, biking, and restaurants were all amazing!

Just stopped in for a beverage and to tour the facility. It was built in 1936 and is truly part of America's heritage.

Awesome history and beautiful amenities. A can't miss place.
