Not my favorite place to deliver! To get to the warehouse take I-290, exit St Charles Rd EAST (NO trucks on St Charles Rd West), then left on Wolf, Right on proviso after train tracks. There could be a train blocking the access for 20-30 minutes so plan accordingly not to be late. Because, if you're more than 20 minutes late you need to pay a hefty penalty before they touch you. Check in by door 64. To check in you need your Appointment# and plug it into the tablet, and have your ID with you as you'll need to take a picture of it using the tablet - the place to put the ID is marked behind the tablet (hard to see). Then after plugging in the numbers you go to the window to check in. I would advise to call ahead to confirm your appointment, as I heard a few guys say their appt was cancelled, and there's nothing that can be done about it until another one is scheduled, which could be next day or 2 days later. ALSO, the address takes you to the warehouse next door, the Diversified Entities is in the long white roof warehouse as marked in the pictures. The place is very crowded and hard to maneuver, so make no mistake! This place is landing on my 'charge a lot' list for sure. I was lucky to be unloaded in 3 hours, but look at the line of drivers when I went for my paperwork!

Garbage warehouse. Very busy. Washroom lock doesn't lock. They will charge $156 if you're late. They will also charge $156 if you happen to re-schedule for whatever reason (even though its NOT listed on their website). They will give you dock but not unload you if you're too early for appt. They'll start on you 1hr after appt. Expect to sit 2hrs after appt time.

If you have appointment before 10:00 am they will unload you quickly and if you have appointments after 10:00am , then only on appointment time. 1 hour to 1:30 hours to unload. Overnight parking and washroom is available, busy railway tracks .

Check in is by door 65 its in the middle of all the other customers. You can park across from the dock doors. Check in and wait. I showed up an hour early, they called and gave me a door at my appointment time. Make sure your trailer temp is set and cooled (34 or 35 degrees). A lot of back and forth traffic when backing in and posts in the way but backing was fairly easy. I suppose it could change if theyre super busy and trucks are double stacked across from the docks. Office staff was friendly loaded and out pretty quick.

Be a least one hour early sometimes broker give you app when you get there your app was for 30 to 1 hour early and they charge late app mind was 6:30 app when i get there they said im late cause is 6:00am on her system the charge me 156 dollars it happend to other drivers BE AWARE

Long waits and trucks everywhere. Noone wants to move. Not a place for new drivers. The people are nice but the lot is a disaster.

Appt 4pm, arrived 8am got a door at 2pm, out by 10pm. Plenty of overnight parking, and restroom 24hrs by dock65.
