I've worked with GigeNET for going on four years now and could not be happier the the quality of service received. Their entire team is phenomenal including an amazing and responsive support team. Update - 3 years later and still working with GigeNET. They continue to provide the superior customer service I appreciate. They have worked with us through multiple server upgrades and migrations over the years while proving invaluable expertise to help us build they right server and tech configurations to meet our needs!

I have been with many different providers for dedicated servers over the years. All of which seem to take on more than their support can handle (leading to poor support after a while) or get bought out by larger companies with already poor support. I was concerned about moving from my previous company but I knew it had to be done. I researched Gigenet high and low on forums and review sites to try and find anything negative about them. To my surprise there were only a few complaints - which seemed like they could be taken with a grain of salt nothing major - and not a mountain of bad reviews. I have been with them for 4 months now and the support here is AMAZING. Nick has gone above and beyond for all of my requests, going so far as to even recover databases that my last hosting company said could not be recovered. His responses to tickets are always well thought out and very informative. Not just Nick, all the support here is great. I have had other members even go far as to examine some code in my files to tell me what type of server config I would need. I never receive canned responses or responses that just look good for their response times. I feel valued and heard with Gigenet. I look forward to many happy years here :)
