217, Inc did an excellent job installing my new heating and air conditioning system. I received estimates from several local companies, but 217's price options were, by far, the easiest to consider based on my budget. I even got to choose the date of installation. It took a little more than a half a day to install the new system and the work crew was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I'm very happy with my new system and would whole heartedly recommend 217, Inc.

We got an entire HVAC replacement from 217 a couple weeks ago to replace our old system. We had the luxury to take our time with the decision and over that period, had multiple experiences with 217 Inc. In short, they won us over with their perfect service, which included knowledgeable, responsive and courteous communication, competitive pricing, expert technical capability, fast scheduling, quality maintenance, thorough system evaluation, clear and concise sales and accounting, a quiet, organized and meticulous installation, good documentation and consistent follow-up. It is truly impressive how smoothly their team works together to provide a comprehensive solution that covers everything we could possibly need. We had family members and home professionals recommend them as well. Every person at 217 seems to be an expert at their job, takes pride in their skill, experience and workmanship, and cares about the quality of their customer communication. A special shout out to Jake, Marcy, Rich and Chris who took care of our installation. They were warm, personable and patient with all our questions. We really enjoyed chatting with Rich and Chris after they finished the install, introducing our pets and making some fun memories from the visit. We compared several other HVAC businesses in the local area, which also have excellent service. 217 came out the same day and explained the problem and then pricing it out for me to review. So far so good thanks 217 This team of workers are absolutely amazing and they are timely and professional! They did an excellent job on the job and were very respectful of our home. Thanks 217 for an awesome job!!

The guys were really professional, the work was clean, they showed up when they said, and on time. They have serviced our furnace and air conditioner for a number of years. I appreciate that they explain situations well, and the estimators and service technicians are knowledgeable about the equipment.

After having a great experience with 217 Inc over the winter when our heating went out, we knew exactly who we wanted to call when our A/C started acting up. Ashley came out and was super knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She diagnosed the problem and got the repairs done quickly. We will definitely use them when the time comes to replace the system as well.

I would have given them zero stars, but it is not possible! I will never call 217 again and I hope you won't either! They sent a tech out when my furnace was not working. He explained my heat exchanger was cracked and my furnace was not under warranty. I then got over six bid ranging from $4500 to $15,000 to replace my furnace/system. Come to find out my furnace was indeed under warranty and Champaign Heating and Air came and fixed it, only charging me labor since my furnace is still under warranty. Jake from 217 hung up on me twice when I was trying to rectify the situation. Then I spoke to Tony and after him back stepping for almost 15 minutes, I finally got my $80 service fee refunded. I should have taken them to court for deceptive business practices. I fear for other single women, older people, or actually the general public being taken advantage of by 217. DON'T call 217! Call a more reputable company!

The air conditioner didn't make any noise before, but it's been making a lot of noise lately, and there's also a vibration sound. I asked them to come over twice, but they said there was no problem, and they just left after taking a look. I feel like they're not very professional. There was no problem, but the air conditioner kept making a lot of noise. They came out once and charged 80, but they still didn't solve the problem.

Ashley was amazing!! She was here within 30 minutes of my call to 217 and explained everything so well! I will definitely be using 217 for all of my HVAC needs in the future!
