CCG Fiber

Their subcontractor for the construction came in like a bunch of Clowns, causing damage to property. Never knew this company were to be laying fiber optics in our neighborhood. We were notified that a different company would be doing it, so it was assumed incorrectly, that it was the other companys sub. Shameful

I asked for an appointment to have a technician view the property for the pathway which the fiber line would be laid. After spending 30 years working with underground utilities and knowing the underground utilities on my property I want the installation technicians to known what challenges are present. The sales representative said no way Jose, not until you sign up for service! I think I will wait and do some crowd sourcing on CCG customer service.

My internet went down at my home. They came out and determined the port was no longer usable and switched me to another port on my culdesac. Come to find out only the 2.4 mhz would come online and the 5g was gone. When I called I got exactly what I expected (from a previous situation) which was -- my router my problem. I understand that they cannot support all different router models but I had No PROBLEM until they came out. And suddenly it is now my problem and not theirs. If I had another viable option for internet they would be gone.

They're pretty good! Although I wished they offered something like a 100 mbps plan for residential that's cheaper. The 1000 mbps plan is at $70 which is a very normal price for fiber but the problem is there isn't any cheaper plans with less mbps.

Had Frontier which was always down. No issues for the past 6 months. The speed is great with latency very low. Kids love it for the gaming.

I love my internet and it stays the same price every month!!! I have had no issues with my service

signed up on June 26, and they said it would not be until July 11th until I was connected

Service drops randomly. Don't take important calls while serviced by this provider.
