Base Tech is an excellent IT & Web Design company. They are very attentive and truly listen to your needs/concerns. Bo regularly solves my IT issues and also set up and maintains my website. I would not go anywhere else!

Took my laptop to Base Tech for help diagnosing issues. Laptop wouldn't even start up. Bo was so helpful diagnosing and repairing my issues. Also very helpful in explaining and advising what to do to avoid future issues. So glad I took my laptop here. Super quick and affordable. Any future computer or IT needs I may have, I am definitely calling Base Tech.

I've gone to Bo a couples of times with laptop issues that I wasn't sure were fixable or not, and both times he has been wonderful in solving the issue. He is both kind and knowledgeable and provides great suggestions when moving forward with repairs. He's very helpful and is great at communicating when it comes to scheduling appointments, picking up/dropping off devices, explaining any problems and solutions, being available for any questions you might have, as well as following up on how the device has been. He was even kind enough to provide great instructions to help me get to his office space inside of the arts center as the is a little confusing at first. Definitely recommend if you're looking for any sort of computer repair needs or advice!

Over the past 4 years, I have been using Base Tech for all of my computer needs. I am always happy with their service and they are my go to company for computer repairs and new equipment. When my computer reached its end of life and started to crash recently, Base Tech was able to clone my drive and get me into an affordable and much faster computer the same day. Base Tech always delivers when I need service. I highly recommend working with Base Tech for all of your computer needs.

Bo Li has been enormously helpful to me in upgrading and retrieving data from my computers, and he is a fountain of jargon free information. He's a great problem solver.

Boyu is the best tech around can assess your repair no bs straight shooter. He Will do wha he can to keep you running, highly recommended. Not only has he stepped far and beyond the call of duty, and makes sure our computers, networks and crazy driver installations are always completed and reliable for our creative work flow. Bo is a really honest and good-hearted guy that gave me solid advice on how to fix my own rig without dropping a ton of loot on a repair bill, which is respect you almost certainly wouldn't get from the big box outfits. He said he does IT consulting for businesses as well, so definitely give this guy a shot and support a local entrepreneur before you decide to spend half your life on the Kennedy just to get ripped off at a strip mall on the north side

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Base Tech and the person I worked with -- Bo. I was new to Chicago and so wasn't quite sure on the best place to take my desktop in to get looked at. Bo quickly diagnosed my problem, and when he realized it was something I could do at home he recommended as much to save me money. Of course he told me if I have any issues or questions to bring it into him. To summarize: Base Tech was efficient, effective, and diagnosed my machine quickly. There was no trying to get over on me. I felt respected and looked after. During the entire diagnostic process he allowed me to sit in and watch while we had a lovely conversation. I left feeling secure with my computer and welcomed to Chicago! I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs.
