BigScoots

When Google did the core update of 2023 they flooded our site with search bots. BigScoots decided this was a "hack" and blocked our sitemap from Google effectively destroying the last 7 years of our business and creating chaos for us from there forward. They admitted the mistake earlier this year and are now trying to squirm out of it. Anyway - do not work with this host. They charge far too much money and provide a business destroying service.

BigScoots is by far the best fully managed WordPress hosting provider on the market. Their dedicated team goes above and beyond, excelling in proactive site management. They'll troubleshoot plugin problems and help you resolve even the most complicated of issues. Scott, Justin, and the entire team are simply fabulous. The epitome of top-tier service in the market.

This company is absolutely amazing. I switched to them from my previous host and its a night and day difference. The personnel here a knowledgeable and offer better service than I could have Imagined. They are patient and offer clear concise solutions. I would highly recommend going with this amazing team. We've been with BigScoots for a few years and their customer service is the best there is. We've been hosted by other companies before, I'd rate their service as average to pretty bad. Some took hours to get back to me, some even a day or two. One of the most well-known US hosting companies, in fact, was the worst of them all. When I ask the BigScoots team a question, I get a reply literally in minutes. Best thing is, for those with technophobia like me, we don't get treated like we've got a mental disability. Can't recommend them highly enough.

UPDATE 23 Aug 2022 I changed this review from 1 star to 3 stars, as the CEO has contacted me, explained me that this was an extraordinary event that only affected my server and it will not happen again. He also offered 3 months free. They have been ok up until this event which is why I am updating the review, and if it doesn't happen again, I will revise it upward Aug 11, 2022 Do not fall for the 99.99% Uptime Guarantee. It is worthless when your site is down. Both of my websites are down for more than 5 hours and nobody is doing anything to resolve this. A refund of a month's fee is worthless when your sites are down for that long. I'm losing a lot more than their monthly fee. I've switched to them from Siteground and now I'm starting to regret it as this never happened with Siteground.
