I placed my order at 4:00 PM and by 6:30 PM, my custom sweater was ready for pickup. Yet my worst experience. I ordered a shirt for my son's birthday, showed the front lady the design I wanted and size , I emailed to her the name and birthday number the shirt was supposed to have. When I picked the shirt up it had the name and number as the image which was wrong. When addressing to her she said she wasn't aware even though she pulled up the email and realized it was wrong. I asked for a refund she stated NO only thing she could do was remake the shirt for an additional charge. The lady as well was very unprofessional huffing and puffing while speaking with me. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone .
