At CIRES, University of Colorado Boulder, Promet Source delivered exceptional Drupal training and mentoring services that transformed our web development capabilities. Over 15 months and 1,200 hours of customized training, their team provided comprehensive guidance in Drupal architecture, development best practices, and technical project management. What set them apart was their ability to tailor the training to our specific needs while maintaining consistently high quality. Their architects, project managers, and system administrators showed remarkable expertise and accessibility through weekly cross-team scrums. And they excelled at regularly organizing productive retrospectives that helped us optimize our workflow and leverage team strengths. The superb training encompassed both technical depth and practical application, particularly valuable during our successful migration from Drupal 9 to Drupal 10. Their mentorship equipped us with tools and best practices that not only supported our current transition, but positioned us well for future upgrades to Drupal 11 and beyond. Their collaborative approach created a safe learning environment where our team could grow and innovate. Most importantly, Promet Source's training has enabled us to independently maintain and enhance our website long after the contract's completion. Looking back now, we miss them dearly.
