Frank at Computer Pros has provided me exceptional services! I have especially appreciated how readily available he is in communication towards addressing any specific concerns or problems. He always called me right back and addressed all issues with a kind, professional attitude. I am so glad I have found Computer Pros. Frank is definitely more valuable than Geek Squad and his services are much more detailed and reasonably priced!

I was having computer problems with our business computer. I brought to a large computer store, could not get into it to repair. I found Computer Pro and he came to the office to look at it. We had to get a ew computer, he helped with that, set it up, helped get the software needed. And because I am not very good with computers, I need to call on him frequently for help, advice, and sometimes explicate instructions. He is very patient with me, answers my calls, or come to help very quickly when needed. I highly recommend Computer Pro.

Frank does great work and is very responsive! He's very knowledgeable about numerous computer & hardware issues. He has helped us with multiple projects over the years, including speeding up our computers, setting up wireless printers, virus/malware protection and setting up & maintaining networks. Highly recommend this company!

BUYER BEWARE - you will never have a great experience with any other computer person because Frank sets the bar so high, no one will compare. Frank spent at least half the day in our office fixing what we messed up. Setting up a new computer on our network that needed to talk to all the others and printers and be a hub for critical software was a task we thought we could mostly accomplish. Not only did we not get it going, we managed to mess it up even more. Frank was amazing in our office! He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly got EVERYTHING done that we wanted. Everything except for one thing which he went home to research and then provided the answer via email the next day. Cant say enough good things about his services. Highly recommended!

Frank was great; very personable and friendly. My computer is fixed for a week now with no issues, and it happened to be an easy solution. Frank spent time educating me on my computer's space and how to resolve my storage issue which was a separate. I am thankful and would use this service again.
