Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Regular visitors and we also had a birthday party here earlier this year. It went sooo smoothly. My daughter and her friends had a blast. Special shoutout to Maddie. Not only was she amazing with the parents and kids, she was just so bubbly, fun, and took care of everyythinngg. I have to mention one very important thing about her. I'm writing this as I'm literally sitting inside your establishment.. my daughter and I randomly decided to come here tonight and we see Maddie cleaning up and I was like hi oh my gosh you were my daughters bday party host! This girl greeted us and actually remembered both of our names! My daughter's party was 3 months ago.. That's like amazing to me. With the amount of people she see's everyday, it made us feel special! Amazing customer service! Maddie is so awesome!

So nice! Very clean. Staff is clearly well trained, attentive, and friendly. Courteous when enforcing rules. Very impressed. It's loud, but they don't have all the flashing lights other places have. I really appreciate how low-electronics the environment is. Cool equipment. Plenty I could do too. I loved the zip line loop.

We are big fans of Urban Air. Yesterday we had another birthday party here, in one of the private rooms. Our host was Dani. She was so helpful and friendly. The kids loved having the extra space in the private room and it was totally worth the price. Everyone had a great time and we look forward to making future memories at your park

Such a great place to take the kids to burn some energy indoor during the colder months. It does get busy during the weekend and they don't have many tables for parents to sit or store your personal things.

The place itself is great. Clean, safe, well staffed. They do not allow re-entry, which any place that caters to kids should allow. We pay for the whole day, we should be allowed to use that day as we see fit. And we should have the freedom to take a break or get outside food if desired.

Urban Air was very welcoming when we came in. They offer a lot of activities for the whole family. The zip line is our daughter's favorite thing to do.

The staff was all very detailed-oriented and cared about the customer experience. They walked a fine line between enforcing necessary rules and being kind. No one was checked out or bored, but very engaged in doing a good job. Excellent experience!

My friend and I paid $25 each for the deluxe pass, we walked around and saw that it was extremely packed and only little kids were there. And the only trampolines that were even open were for seven and under. We were only there for like 3 minutes and came back to get a refund and leave. The manager REFUSED to give us one and only offered us two basic passes which was worth even less than the ones we purchased. The staff are also kids and the parents don't seem to be watching theirs. Very chaotic and overcrowded there should definitely be a cap on how many people are allowed in there especially for how small it is. Not geared for adults at all and the fact that they didn't give us a refund was quite ridiculous. -- they're response is ignorant and they did not discuss this on the phone with me at all and there is a 2 hour cap on how long u can be there it says so on the screen when you pay for tickets.
