I love working with Aeroteck! I worked closely with Mr Andres Calle and he was very helpful and worked fast to get me a job! I know he is busy but always finds the time to talk to me.

I'm extremely appreciative of Aerotek and Mr Carl Wolf. I reached out to him and next thing I knew I was employed that fast that easy. He is extremely professional and timely and I will never forget my experience with him or Aerotek as a whole , grateful for life for them !!

This used to be a good agency to work for but for some reason it has become one of the worst. They REFUSE to answer the phone or respond to the countless voicemails or emails I've sent. It's been 3 months and I still have yet to receive ANY type of response from them. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I wasn't able to give no stars at all. I would highly recommend searching for a job somewhere else if you're serious about employment.

Great place and awesome people to work with; My recruiter will follow up with me periodically to make sure that everything is fine between my job performance and my employer expectations. Frequently asking questions about my every day work and my schedule to make sure I am a good fit for the position and how do I feel about my job. I was also very pleased with the full time position they offered me ; working from home at a flexible schedule in respect of my employer expectations and satisfactions. I will recommend Aerotek to my friends and family without any hesitations.

Aerotek is an amazing company! After searching for a better job that fit me and my lifestyle, Aerotek helped me out. There was a slight mishap on their part and they went above and beyond for me making sure I was satisfied. Ryan, my recruiter, is a life saver. I have had a fantastic experience with Aerotek. I was contacted while I was still in school by a recruiter and at the time I was not looking for a job, but told them to contact me in a few months when I would be graduating. My recruiter did exactly that and already had a few interviews lined up. She was very responsive with any questions I had and extremely helpful with interview preparation. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for work to use Aerotek. With any recruiting company always make sure to ask as many questions as possible. If you are going to be a contract employee make sure you find out all of the ins and outs of your contract. Pay, paid time off, if there are vacation days, benefits, etc. This was my first time being a contract employee, so I was not aware of some of the limitations. In terms of my situation I do not receive paid time off or vacation days. Most of the companies you contract with are flexible and will work with you to help make up hours you will miss, but it can still be limiting. Maybe I was supposed to know this, but I didn't and it was a bit of a disappointment to find out. Point is ASK QUESTIONS and do your research. Aerotek is amazing and they will answer your questions and be straight up with you. Cheers!

This month I will be one year since I graduated and I'm so happy to say that I have a full-time job in Chicago, on salary with benefits. I make contributions at my job and it's in the field that I want to work in (non-profits). The first call from Aerotek came out of the blue but my recruiter Dan approached me with a job in-hand first, which I appreciated. Within a couple of months I had a contract-to-hire position, and within a few months of that I was hired on full-time by my organization. I'm not sure if I got lucky, or if it was a matter of keeping an open mind, but Aerotek worked out perfectly for me. I have a great relationship with my recruiter Dan, he's super friendly and helpful and keeps up contact even though I'm no longer on Aerotek's payroll.
