Heart Technologies was able to answer questions I had about the issue I was having with my computer. They were able to diagnose my MacBook quickly, repair it, and also got it back to me in less than a week. It is nice and convenient that they are a certified Apple service center and central located in IL. If I ever have issues with my computer again I plan to go back to this company!!!

These guys (and gal) are true 5 star professionals. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied when they are done with the work, as well. They have researched warranties when other businesses don't even try. They have done all the big jobs, and the little ones, with speed and efficiency. I have used other computer sources but no one comes close to these people. Don't even waste time trying to find someone else for your Apple repair and network service...start with the best.

Brought my MacBook Pro in for repair and they had it ready the next morning! And y'all don't even know how good their customer service is- they helped me out when I locked my keys in the car in the snow. So kind and very versatile in services.

Doug was so helpful, I brought my Mac in for repair and when it didn't end up needing the full diagnostic he was honest and upfront about it and saved me a lot of time and money! Honest and wonderful staff, ten out of ten would recommend.

If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. They claim to repair Apple Products but they charged me $454 and did not manage to repair my monitor. $360 of the charge was labor. I reported them to the BBB and to Apple. I would have been better off not taking my monitor there and would advise anyone to find another repair shop

Heart Technologies has an incredibly talented team with outstanding customer service. They helped us transform a neglected 10-year-old Infrastructure back into shape in a short time. I am forever grateful for the exceptional service their Engineers provided during stressful times.

I've had three emergency situations where Heart has not only saved me, but did it fast fast fast. When my Mac goes down....which oddly enough...has happened more frequently than when I used to have HP's....my business comes to a complete halt. My livelihood revolves around being able to keep my business moving from the functionality of my laptop. Three times I have raced over there with a problem and three times I get the feeling from Rene Rosiak and that team that they are dropping everything they are doing to help me at that moment. Of course that is not true, but the fact that I get that perception is a rewarding consumer experience for me. More importantly, I usually get my technology back the next day. They aren't the cheapest and they aren't the most expensive, but they are the most reliable when you are in a bind.

Heart is a super great company to do business with. Authorized Apple Service. Very fast turn around on my laptop repair. I highly recommend them.
