Buyer beware, they're not reliable as a managed service provider. If we could rate them lower we would. Samaad (sp) is very condescending, feels that he knows everything and belittles team members when questions are asked. We waited 2 hours for a password reset...seriously? In addition, the manager Rose said to us that she's dangerous when it comes to IT however, when asked the difference between and IP address and MAC address she froze.
These guys really know their stuff!! Always able to get a human on the phone and they have helped me with my tech and IT in more ways than one!!
