I've taken a few classes here both in person for yoga and gong baths, and on zoom. It's a fantastic resource for spiritual exploration.

It is literally the spiritual Mecca of the Midwest. Tons of talent flows through this space bringing amazing workshops and courses. The annual gala brings the community of holistic practitioners together and honors world renowned spiritual leaders, authors, creators. They also host an amazing community event called Family Fest which I've taken my kids to the last three years. They absolutely LOVE it. I can not express how grateful I am for this organization existing within my fingertips.

I have only been to this place one time but what a lovely place to share with the world. I would have given it 5 stars but I have not gone to a class here, I have only taught a class. Take a class here you will love it!
