1st time at the "tasting room" We had a reservation for a Birthday! One worker who was clueless, no personality and dryer that dry can be! The venue was empty but she had a hard time seating us. No explanation on how to go about tasting. No service, no direction, no ingredients for charcuterie boards! The woman dropped the tasting wines and walked away! Rest his soul, Fred would be scratching his head. This was one of the most unfriendly, uninformative, non personal experience I have ever had. Wanted to buy bottles at the end but decided not to buy anything and left. Let me be clear, the products we tasted were great and high quality. I am in the hospitality industry; please someone needs to re-evaluate the staff working today! Everyone in our group said they would never go back.

We had a great experience here. Would definitely recommend!

I really like this place. Cheese boards were excellent, wine selections were very good. Service was very good. The no tip policy (any tips go to a local charity) is also a nice concept. One thing i would love to see as I have at some wine bars in the city is some seating that has more of that "home" feel, a few softer, plusher seating. Not redo the entire place but maybe just add 2 or 4 of the more comfy seating for couples who want to sit back and relax.
