E-vergent High-Speed Internet

I cannot extend enough thanks to Chris! He has been an amazing onsite technician and has taken the time to understand our needs at Sycamore Speedway and make sure we are ready to go! Waits for us to check that our devices are running properly before leaving. Really feels like he is just an invested in our business as we are! Thank you so much

We've been an Evergent client for at least fifteen satisfied years. In this computer/robotic-oriented world, Evergent's personal customer service is a breath of fresh air. You can actually speak to humans are knowledgable and personable. When you need help with anything, they are there for you. Technician Chris, from the Huntley office, recently came out to figure out why our speeds had slowed. He spent quality time going through everything and explaining to us what needed to be done. He was very professional, concise, caring, and humorously sociable. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Evergent and Chris.

We have had Evergent for over 3 years and when they work they are great. Have had to deal with internet going to 6 mbps download and .03 uploads for the last 2 weeks as they do everything possible not to update our old equipment that is under their protectuon plan. Going to have to take off another day to get a Tech. out here to change the router now.

We have struggled getting consistent speeds since we started with e-vergent. We constantly get kicked off and it's extremely frustrating!
