Excellent experience with Cloudfitters! I am not tech savvy, but they (most especially Sales) went above and beyond to fulfill my particular needs, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They may not be well known, which I mentioned, and I was pleased to hear they care more about the users they have than being the largest business on the market. I am a very pleased client of these patient professionals!

Purchased a VPS plan and was met with some minor network issues at first. I contacted Cloudfitters and they resolved the issue immediately. Having the ability to communicate directly with a hosting provider is very important, and so far that communication has been excellent.

This is one of the worst VPS providers I have ever used, some of these reviews HAVE to be fake. (If you click on the reviewers, 90% of them are new accounts who have only left this one review, how convenient) Responses to emails are slow and it sounds like they don't quite know what they are doing, the portal is absolutely horrible (when it's actually up and available), and I'm still waiting for them to cancel my VPS from over 2 months ago.

Prices are fair, their network is excellent with top world class providers like SPRINT, ATT, LEVEL3, COX and their portal is self-service just like we've always wanted. This is the type of company you want to be hosting your data. Keep up the good work!!!

I needed Chicago-based hosting for low-latency media streaming, and Cloudfitters has exceeded my expectations. Support has responded to my questions, the hardware has been stable, and my clients report ping times as low as 3ms over fiber. I tried the same application hosted by V, but it was unusable by some clients due to high (100ms) latency. I hadn't heard of Cloudfitters before I signed up, but it was a good decision.

I needed a small amount of rack space for older servers with legacy software needed for a business that has closed but must maintain certain records. Cloudfitters were less expensive than others providers I looked into. They were prompt and provided great service, which I especially appreciated because we had no professional IT consultant for the transfer. Everything worked perfectly, and it only took an afternoon.
