Amazing computer geniuses!!! I was sure everything was gone after my computer lost its mind...after explaining to Mark that the computer held not only an unfinished book, but also irreplaceable pictures of my son (now in spirit) he worked endlessly to recover it all. If you are technology challenged like me, this place is highly recommended. Great prices and exceptional customer service!! Great service, excellent communication via text. Had my PC stop outputting signal to Monitors a month ago. Feared for my graphics card and feared cost of replacement even more. Dropped off same day as issue. Two days of diag lots of testing to fix, but fixed it is and no further issues. They even did some bios enhancement to ensure smoother performance.

Mark is an excellent example on what great customer service is. There's no other repair business similar to this one. He managed to repair my HP victus fast and at a reasonable price. If I ever have issues with other devices I would come here again 100%

This was my first time working with Mark and he went above and beyond. He was quick to help and I got my computer back very quickly too! I loved that he kept me up to date on everything and made sure I was asked before anything was done!

Can I add a 6th Star? I would if I could. Mark is amazing, took care of my laptop repair with ease. Excellent communication, speedy service and super reasonable. Manufacturer wanted to charge me diagnostic fees, shipping fees, etc etc, and have me send it to God knows where for who knows how long. Mark took care of my repair within a week and for a very reasonable price. Drop off and pick up was super easy and he worked around MY busy schedule!

My laptop was suddenly super slow and I'm not the person to figure that out. After the computer repair people who are three blocks from my home took it and did not even look at or respond for three days, I took it back and found Mark. His shop is more than 10 miles from my home and I will make that trek anytime. He was just great. He did a deep dive, found the problem files, and cleaned it up in just a couple of days. I was happy with the price and it was well-worth the trip. He even assessed the computer for me and made a virus protection recommendation. I am so happy I found his shop and I will be back for any of the stuff in his area of expertise. I could not be more satisfied.

Took my PC to Mark for a BSOD issue. Within 48 hours he Diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue and updated my PC all while keeping me up to date! More than fair price as my PC works good as new (if not better)! Will only be taking my tech to him from now on! *Highly Recommend*
