I researched several pickleball court manufacturers and selected FlexCourt for our Pickleball court surface. I considered many factors in my selection that included, ball bounce, tile color, customization, tile size and most importantly, customer service. Excellent customer service was provided by Taylor Griffin from the initial contact, product samples, quoting the final design and confirming shipment (Taylor was awesome). The court was completed and shipped two weeks early. The layout and assembly was easy to understand and my wife and I had our FlexCourt assembled and ready to play in two hours!! I would highly recommend Taylor Griffin @ FlexCourt!

Love our new Flex Court Basketball Court. We put it in our front yard 25 x 15 and gave us the feel of a professional half court. Grandson loves it and so do the neighbors and I. Great way to stay in shape. Nathanial was wonderful to work with. He sent me sample tiles for colors and tile type.....and ideas....Would recommend and easy to install....really transforms the space. Can't say enough...

Just finished our court with FlexCourt. It looks so nice and we really love it and we are super satisfied with our experience. They provide customized design, sent the samples and patiently answered all my questions. They event provided extra tiles in case we need them. Really happy with the overall experience.

Phenomenal is not enough of a word to describe Christie W...I initially built my flexcourt in 2017... at that time I worked with Christie and everything went as smooth as possible... Fast forward to 2024.. I noticed that my tiles started fading and also wanted to upgrade to the newer EliteStep tiles that were made to provide a better bounce for pickleballs... So I called Christie's direct line and to my surprise she answered the phone! Flexcourt has the ABSOLUTE best warranty in the business bar none... all I had to do was send a picture showing the fading (which is covered by warranty) and they said it was covered.. no other questions asked... so I put the huge credit toward the new EliteStep tiles and designed a new court with Christie... I am a very difficult customer because I am very OCD and detail oriented.. I have way too many questions.. plus I second, triple guess any decision... I drove Christie crazy... and I was waiting for her to lose her patience with me because of how annoying I must have been.... and she never once lost her patience and was extremely kind and professional the entire time! I mean this level of customer/sales service is SO SO rare today... To say that Christie is an asset to the company is an extreme understatement... Long story short, we finalized the court design and put the order in... now just waiting for production and delivery! This company is based in the USA and their product is made here as well.. combine that with the incredible warranty and the BEYOND phenomenal customer/sales support they provide... one cannot go wrong choosing them for the home court needs! Highly highly recommend! The picture attached is of the original court that was built in 2017.

I ordered a flex court about 2 months ago. My sales guy was very responsive and explained everything in detail. We ran into a couple issues that the Flex Court team handled swiftly and to my satisfaction. I installed the flex court my self and it was a very simple process. All of the logos and lines came painted correctly. Overall a great product and we are very happy. 30x40 pad with basketball and pickleball lines.

Love our new court. I was nervous at first about the install, but it was super easy and fast. We love it and couldn't be more happy with how the court turned out. The entire process from start to finish was great.

I had a great experience with FlexCourt. I received pricing from two other companies, and I felt FlexCourt gave the best bang for the buck. I could not decide between painting the floor or tiles. However, the new pickleball tiles play amazingly well. We have had nothing but excited complements from our friends. I am sure we will gain a lot more friends with this amazing court.
