Sally Beauty

I usually love this Sally's, but yesterday I had a really disappointing experience here! I went in and asked the girl that was working which dye she thought would work best on my hair to achieve the color I wanted, and she was just very dismissive. When I came up to her to ask the question in the first place she didn't say anything, and when I asked for her help she annoyedly sighed and I think literally handed me the first box of dye she saw in the color I wanted. I guess it is partially my fault for not doing my research before leaving the store, but the dye she picked out for me was going to be incredibly damaging and completely wrong for my hair. If I didn't know better and hadn't done my research my hair would be completely fried and damaged right now, all because this employee didn't feel like doing her job. Very disappointed and I hope I can get my money back.

Love the new store lay out. Can't wait to see if others change it up too. I had a bad experience a while back, just a rude associate. Not this time. Staff was helpful and seemed to care about their store. Down side, I went in for shampoo and conditioner and spent $90.. my fault, I see it, I like it, I need it.

Manic Panic... works too well. I went in yesterday and got some brand and dyed a few strands pink. When I washed according to instructions... we'll it was light, i loved it but i wanted a bit more vibrance. I go back in this morning and get manic panic HOT PINK. Well safe to say it's works. I looked like I came from the circus, my hair was so vibrant and it blended my whole together. I ended up with a full head of the hottest shade of pink. I went back in later today and got brown dye. My hair is no longer a beautiful 9 months worth of blond highlights, lowlights, and dimension... It's flat brown. My roots are orange. It's okay.. But warning if you get Manic Panic BEWARE it's the best working dye I've used.

great staff always helpful and friendly great selection to choose from everything is clearly labeled my favorite Sally's in the area. Store is always very clean and organized

They answer your questions the best they can. Good place to go for hair care products. You can not find every brand you may want here.

Clean store. Didn't have all that I needed. But my biggest issue with this location is I don't have to be asked if I'm doing okay every few minutes. I'm a licensed professional. If I need help, I will ask.

Great place for men's grooming supplies as well. Not just for woman. Friendly helpful staff.

the employees stare at you while you shop, like you're going to steal something. it just gets uncomfortable after awhile. sorry my girlfriend is indecisive
