TLC Living Community

I looked for a place for my parents for a few months. We visited several assisted living facilities and nursing homes. After my dad passed away, we had to make quick decisions for my mom. Heather was flexible and very accommodating to get me in for a tour within an hour of when I called. I took my mom back the next day and she loved it immediately. The facility is very clean and the grounds are beautifully kept. My mom is treated well and is making friends through puzzling, cards, and other activities. There is a good variety of dining choices and the food is good. TLC has been the best choice for my mom. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for assisted living care.

My brothers and I researched and visited a number of assisted care facilities to find one that would be home for our parents. As soon as we walked in the front door of TLC, we immediately knew this was where mom and dad should be. From our first contact with staff to present day, every one of them have been helpful, caring, friendly, understanding, and professional. We moved our parents in the end of May 2024. Their one-bedroom apartment is a perfect size for them, and the onsite amenities offered to TLC residents are amazing! The facility is SO bright, fresh, and always clean! Our parents are settling in quite nicely and tell me frequently how much they like TLC and its staff.

My mother moved into TLC almost two years ago after my father died. She receives excellent care there, and facility is beautiful and well maintained. Her physical state varies from day to day, and TLC provides the assistance she needs. My parents had wonderful neighbors at their last home, and TLC provides my mom with that same type of community.

Mom moved in a month ago, she could not be happier! Staff is top notch, what assistance she needs is darn near immediate. She really loves the food, and is making new friends every day. The family is so glad that the folks at East Bank Rehab let us know about TLC.

Our family is perfectly pleased with the warm and attentive care given our folks at TLC. The folks "brightened" immediately upon entering and often say what a good place it is to be. Lots of windows, lots of light, simple fresh design, and outstanding food as well as exercise and activities. All needs and emergencies have been met above and beyond. Staff maintain excellent communication with family--we work as a team. And family is always graciously welcomed. TLC is home.

My grandpa receives the best care. The staff are friendly and skilled. They make you feel like your family. Highly recommend!

Moved my Dad in 2 months ago. He said and I quote him "I wish I had done this years ago sis I love it here" They take great care of him. And they had a run of the flu a couples weeks a go they shut it down / lockdown for 48 hours until they could make sure EVERYONE safe. I was impressed.

The residents are well taken care of with great food, activities, and a great nursing staff that is caring and compassionate. Residents are friendly and protective of other residents with a big family atmosphere.
