Very friendly and honest people working there. They they did free diagnostics for my laptop and told me how much it would cost to repair. They charged only 15$ for the replacement part, even though we agreed that it I would pay 135$. Because the laptop had more serious problems then I expected I decided to just buy a new one and the charges just for the replacement part, that was thought to be the issue.

Fantastic group of people and very friendly, I will say I might have to still come back for my current situation. The gentlemen are amazing and very open to engineering right on the spot. They advised to do a custom Bracket using plastic. Measure the mounting holes on the radiator and the case to fabricate a bracket that fits. I would advise to Visit local computer repair shops or PC builders. They might have spare parts from previous builds or can fabricate a custom solution for you. Which I found to be amazing being a kid born in the 97 so it was nice to see them again from a long time :)

The only place I take my laptop & printer. I expect they will provide my next refurbished purchase. They know what I'm looking for.

I logged into my home computer late after work on Friday and realized I might have malware on my laptop. It was too late to do anything about it and I had an appt. I could not miss Saturday morning. I called and left a message at Mynex to ask if anyone was there so I could drop it off to get it looked at. Within 10 minutes I was called back and we made a plan to drop it off on Monday rather than sit there all weekend since they were about to close for the weekend and he was not sure if anyone could look at it right away. I brought it in Monday afternoon and within 24 hours they were able to remove the malware and clean up/update my laptop quickly and reasonably! Thank you gentlemen!

I had an issue with an external hard drive not connecting to my computer, so I called around to a few places in Naperville for possible data recovery. The first place wanted $100 (non refundable) just to LOOK at the hard drive - pass. Another spot said they had to send the drives out to a "clean room." But Ken at Mynex just said to drop in and we would see where things were at? Fair enough, I'm glad I did. Luckily, he quickly figured out I just needed an adapter to copy the data, no disk recovery needed (yay). But it turns out Ken is a big music fan and plays guitar, the harder the better, so something that could have been very very expensive turned out to be kind of fun? Headline: Here's a shop which caters to small business owners and doesn't feel to need to jack them up for things that don't need fixing. Recommended!

I went in to ask them to repair an issue I had on my computer that I had spent hours trying to solve. They were able to diagnose my PC within minutes and had it fixed by that afternoon. They were clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about computers, and very insightful to work with. They even went above and beyond and updated some of my software just to make sure my PC wouldn't have any other issues. They did it all at a fair price and are a fantastic choice to solve any computer problem.

Mynex is by far the best place for computer repair. They are excellent at diagnosising and fixing problems, are honest and very reasonable. I've been going there for the past 10 years.oo

I was looking for an anti static bag to fit my gpu so I could ship it back to cyber power cuz they sold me a pc with a bunk gpu. No stores had any bags, not even best buy. I called this store and the owner said if he can find one that fits I can have it free of charge. Nice guy! I'll definitely go here if I have any pc repair needs in the future!
