Wanted to give a huge kudos to our new IT/Cyber security provider, WebIT--they are excellent. I work at Kenneth Young Center. We had been looking for the right partner with our IT security and we found them! I had suspicious activity on my web account and Ron, the customer support person called me right away to try and protect AND resolve any issues. He was clear, concise and not only tried to solve the issue at hand, but wanted to get a clear understanding of "why" this happened and "how" it happened--I appreciated the thoroughness of his questions and his inquiries. Ron is not alone. It starts from the top--every staff person I have met from the CEO to the Head of Centralized Services, etc--have been nothing than professional, customer-focused and solution-oriented. Can't say enough.
