Tamesha Davis was amazing! She knows the property well and was so kind and helpful. She did an amazing job showing off the space and knew the answer to all our questions. The facility was so clean and new. A huge variety of floor plans.

I'm a Locator with Hotspot Rentals, and I recently toured ReNew Oak Park. Tamesha went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable throughout the entire visit. Her knowledge about her property and genuine enthusiasm made a great impression. We recently moved in at ReNew and have been SO impressed with the building and the wonderful management team. Dayana showed us around the community and since day one has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our unit is gorgeous and all of the amenities are impeccably maintained. We're so excited to be living at ReNew and thankful for all the support from Dayana + team!

Such a great Sip & Paint event ReNew Oak Park sponsored on April 29, 2025! The instructor was excellent with easy to follow instructions, so even a novice created something beautiful. I'd like to give a shout out to the amazing staff at this place. The maintenance man Armando who is always so nice and helpful! Plus the leasing staff Dayana and Tameesha who have gone above and beyond to make my fiancee and I feel welcome and at home here.

Thank you Randy for your outstanding service! Randy was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my heating issue was fixed quickly. Not only did he do a great job, but they were also friendly and took the time to explain everything. It's clear they take pride in their work & I appreciate their dedication.

I stopped into ReNew on the spur of the moment without an appointment. The staff greeted me warmly and was also available to show me several really nice units! The building, amenities and of course, the location are ideal and I really hope I can find a unit that suits my needs. I'm looking forward to ReNew becoming my next apartment home! Tamesha Davis, the Leasing Manager, was amazing! Even though I was a walk in, she took the time to show me several units, answered all my questions and also took me on a tour of the amenities in the building. I didnt feel at all rushed and I really appreciate her attention to detail. If this is a glimpse of the management style I can expect, I'm very excited!

I have visited the building a few times in the last few months and Dayana and Tamesha have been super helpful with touring the units. Now as a new resident Dayana has made my transition into the building smooth and was super informative and has very quick with follow up! Great service and looking forward to my stay here!
