worst customer service hands-down they're only there Monday through Friday. If you have a problem, you have to leave a message. You never get a phone call back. The service is absolutely horrible. There's no downloading capabilities. It just keeps and spinning and spinning after you cancel your service. they still continue to bill you for a whole month after and not even picking up their equipment and charging you for services that were not rendered, you can never ever talk to anybody and customer service is nonexistent !!!!

I have been an Apps customer since the turn of the century (I love being able to use that phrase!). Really though, since right around 2001. This is a mid-sezed ISP that still has start-up quality service (that's good): they have (and I have had to use it a few times, to my great relief) a 24x7 service system, with pretty amazing response times. On the three times I can remember using it, each was a night call (and I'm pretty certain one of those was a major holiday, as I was with my folks at the time, something I avoid like the plague and only find myself forced into it on big holidays like T-Giving and X-Mas - another story for another day!). I left a message on their voice response system, and had a call back from anon-call engineer (*_not some 1st tier support flunky!_*) in just a few minutes. Really impressive. All of the outages I experienced were tiny in duration (my previous ISP, a humongous carrier can't come close to saying that!), handled exceptionally quickly and competently by their support people. The last "outage" was less than 15 minutes (about the same for all of the 1/2 dozen or so outages I've had), and their support/engineering person called ME! I wouldn't have even known if they hadn't given me the heads-up in the first place. Their sales guys come and go (pretty common I guess), but they are all really responsive! The "head sales guy" is the owner, Mr. Apps - a huge 8 feet (J/K. - probably 6'5" though!) "Teddy Bear" kind of guy who seems to be as competent as the engineers I've talked to over the years. I had kind of a weird set-up need, and in the end I had to have it programmed custom, which Mr. Apps arranged for, and at a great price (around $300 for all the little pieces I needed, including doing the updates and testing them for me, and installing them: Apps runs a "one stop shop" kind of business, which is both rare to find these days, and GREATLY appreciated! The only negative I can remember with this company was some kind of weird "routing issue", which turned out to be the faul of another ISP (something they did was causing troubles for me, on a different ISP - but they were able to call the other isp and get it fixed right away. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs internet work (websites and all the crazyness that entails!) of any kind! I have four websites with them, as well as an internet connection at my home office (over a long-range radio gizmo), and their system just kills the DLS I used to have. Apps communications has always come through for me, even though I am a well known P.I.T.A. ;-) ! What more can I say? Give them a shot the next time you need technical stuff done, and I'm pretty certain you'll be as happy a camper as I am! (BTW: this is a LOCAL business - I always try to give my local business to the local businesses). 4.9/5 strs (.1 off for the one call that was less than perfect, not that I should really blame the poor soul who had answer my call in the middle of night!)

I have been a customer for years and my internet was out when I got up on Black Friday. I called at least 3 times through out the day and no internet or call back.Now its Saturday and still no internet . I called 3 times today and left messages and still no call back .Poor Poor Poor customer support
