We went with Realnets on a whim, my pregnant wife and I needed help and they delivered ; ) When we first contacted Realnets we were skeptical, all that was washed away when Brian (the Owner) and his right hand man Ben came to our home to do the work themselves. Compared to other companies we have had work at our home they seemed more like family. Their work has allowed us to sleep better at night, especially when our baby arrives!!! Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of technical help!

Avoid like the plague. It took them more than a month to even deign to look at the internet outage at my unit. Since then, it's been the most unreliable service I've ever had. Especially untenable if you work from home, or if you use the internet for any kind of entertainment media. I often end up having to switch to hotspot from my cellphone.
