I came in for some mezcal but I didn't know much about the stuff. The woman running the place stopped what she was doing as soon as she saw me and walked me to the area where they stocked it, and spent time helping me understand what they had and the differences between the types. She also gave me some tastes of a few to help me make a decision. As I write this, I'm enjoying a lovely glass of what she helped me pick out. This little place is tucked off the main road but well worth your visit

Artale is a great spot for great wine, craft beer, and plenty of spirits. Aaron is my go-to for wine. He has never steered me wrong when picking a nice bottle to surprise the wife with. They also have fun craft cheeses to pair with your wine. Highly recommend this local gem! Thanks, Aaron and Artale team, for always providing a quality selection!

Great place to find that hard to find bottle. Owner is great guy, he has good knowledge and will help steer you in the right direction. The store is super nice and relaxing environment. You can also taste some bottles before you buy. Great place.

5 stars isn't enough. The knowledge and selection is unbelievable! It's one of my favorite places to buy a gift because they always have great recommendations. I have never once been disappointed with a purchase and rarely go in with anything other than an idea and a budget. Extra kudos to Aaron for depth of knowledge and being so helpful.

Great wine selection! The owner and his sons and family are very educated and can give you great advice from paring wines with food or just for casual sipping. Never a disappointment everytime I go!

Couldn't be happier with my experience at Artale this afternoon. I manage a premium wine shop in Chicago and it is such a relief to have a reliable shop out here when I come to visit my family. Great selection, great producers, really great prices, and super friendly staff. If you want good wine, come here!
