The desk top computer I purchased less than a year ago broke. Just stopped working. It was still under warenty and Bisconti took care of it for me, no charge. They called me regularly throughout the process, and I did appreciate that. My only gripe was they had no sense of urgency to get this back to me. It was a business computer. I get that the hold up was more on the manufacturers end but it would have been nice to give me an option where I just pay for the parts and get it working in a few days instead of a few weeks. I would still use these guys again, but I need my computer for work and they did not seem all that empathetic about my concerns to get it back quickly. Otherwise they did great!

Took a laptop to have serviced, sadly I dumped over $400 on used parts and labor. After their initial $99 diagnostic check, they said they could fix the computer for $330. I reluctantly paid them. A month later and still unable to fix the computer, they wanted another $100 for more parts, probably used, to fix the computer. During this whole process, I discovered that they put in used parts and never disclosed that. Bottom line, they had over $400 dollars, I had a broken computer. They refused to refund any money. I am sorry to have wasted time and money with Bisconti computers. They will never have my business again. The owner of Biscont won't return my calls, but is more than happy to respond to my bad review. Is that really how a so called business should opperate??? What a joke, please return my call so we can as you say, "Take care of the situation"

Brought my computer in Monday morning as they opened to have them look at it. I already knew the problems I let them know what was wrong the c drive had orphaned files and the bios needed updated I even brought in a flash drive with the update to the bios. I was told 2-3 days for a diagnostic I called them today (Friday) that's 4 full days asking about it and they said they had problems installing something and a different drive was failing. Which it wasn't before and said it would be 400$ to repair it and they needed 3 more days to replace the drive (that isn't actually failing) no mention of the c drive with the orphaned files. To think I used to recommend these people to customers at my old job.

Purchased a new computer from Bisconti just over a year ago. The buying process was seamless and was a great value. Have had nothing but great results using the computer. I did purchase the warranty package so I got it cleaned up ( from possible malware) and that actually helped a bit. Customer service has been exemplary from day one. Recommend going here

So I bought a new RTX 4090 Graphics card, but like most I wasn't really prepared for what I was receiving. The card was much larger then I had anticipated and it wouldn't fit in my case! I went to carving my case like it was a pumpkin in a desperate attempt to try and fit it and when I did finally get it to fit and plugged it in there was no video output. To say the least I was very sad lol but I brought my tower into bisconti and told them my issue with my card in a separate box and they worked very hard during the holiday week and weekend to put together my build! They told me my issue was my power supply that was causing no video output signal even my psu for my 3080 was not enough! But with a new psu and a new case that they put together what is the most beautiful pc I have ever owned I am more then happy with the customer service and working with me to get me going with the bare minimum of additional purchases and the maximum amount of care and effort into the assembly no tricks just results! I highly recommend if your someone like me with a lot of separate parts with no warranties who is afraid of ruining your build they did a grade A job! -Marcus Munoz, Rockford IL (yes I am a real customer lol)
