Wish I could rate higher than five stars! Several years ago, my business was referred to Garcea to undo all the damage that another local computer store did to our business. We needed our new server setup properly. Jeff and his crew came in did in three days what the other place (Bisxxx) took over 2 months to mess up. We have been with Garcea ever since. We are now on our second server. The second one was provided by Garcea after our original caught fire. The nice thing about them is they offer a monthly on-site one-hour maintenance package. Once a month a tech comes to our office and checks on the health of our server, making sure all updates are done, the backups are working and checks the overall health of the server. Anything else we may have can also be addressed at that time. It truly is a very affordable way to have a dedicated IT department for our small business. Urgent issues are handled in a timely fashion too. Most can be done remotely, but on occasion, the issue can only be addressed with an on-site visit. They offer firewalls, set up of voice and data networks and they work well other service providers (ie Comcast internet & our VOIP provider and software suppliers (Accounting CS and Lacerte Tax).. Highly recommend.
