Went to see the snow sculpting competition. This was the second year I've gone. Awesome sculptures.

Absolutely gorgeous park. I was here as a vendor for Somnium 2024 and haven't been here in quite a few years, but I will have to stop by more often! From my experience, super quiet and relaxing, plus there's a playground for little ones :).

One of the most beautiful peaceful places I've been on my travels anywhere. It's the jewel of Rockford among a very large less than optimal urban area. The bike path is well maintained. Very day safe. Tons of great trees and well landscaped grounds. Ducks, geese, squirrels, and other small wildlife make their home here also.

Stopped by on our way to CVMA nationals in MN. Nice park with s9me cool rock men sculptures.

I love that there are two playgrounds. One for younger children 5 and younger and one for kids 5-12. These are wonderful play spaces. The smaller one has Astro turf while the larger has wood chips. At the larger playground there is a set of swings to accommodate all kinds of needs.

One of the best things about the Rockford area is here. always has things to do. the gardens are beautiful. The Christmas lights are awesome. The butterfly exhibit is very fun... and my kids want to go back every year.

Great park and great activities year around. We just did Ice Sculptures. They have xmas lights as well. See pictures! Will return.
